Yvonnie Davis Garrett transitioned from labor to reward on Monday, November 28, 2022, at Piedmont Fayetteville West Hospital in Fayetteville, Georgia. She was a member of the graduating class of 1982, at Russell County High School in Seale, Alabama. She attended Atlanta Metropolitan State College where she earned the Associate Degree in Business Administration. She was founder and owner of "Sweets Place" in Hurtsboro. She leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Vincent Garrett, Sr., Atlanta, GA; two daughters: Destinie Garrett and Faith Garrett both of Atlanta; two sons: Bernard (Amari) Garrett and Vincent (Ditoria) Garrett, Jr., both of Atlanta; her mother, Mamie Davis, of Hurtsboro; three brothers: Jimmy (Delphine) Davis, Hurtsboro; Jimmy (Vicki) Phillips, Phenix City, AL; and Ronnie Davis, Hurtsboro; one sister, Barbara (Earnest) Bedell, of Columbus, GA; two grandchildren: Charlie Garrett and Vincent Garrett III, of Savannah, GA.
