Ronald Brown's Obituary
Brother Ronald Brown was born September 11, 1972, in Russell County, Alabama, to the late Willie Mae Brown and the late George Upshaw. He was called home on January 19, 2023. Ronald confessed his belief in Jesus Christ on January 16, 2023. At an early age, he left Alabama and moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He returned to Hurtsboro, Alabama, at the age of 20 years. Brother Brown was a loving and goodhearted and respectful person who loved children and loved to have fun. His love for people in general will always be remembered by many. Ronald worked at Columbus Mill, at Walker Williams Lumber Company, and Newell Brothers Road Builders. He leaves to cherish his memories one brother, Ollie Brown of Hurtsboro; one sister, Marsha Chapple, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; a very special cousin and caretaker, Melvin and Michelle Burrell; godmother, Minnie Nelson; devoted cousins: Otis Nelson, Jr., Pamela (William) Daniels, and Valerie Nelson, all of Hurtsboro; Mary Ann Lewis of Columbus, GA, Michael (Kayron) Brooks, Eufaula, Alabama; Reverend Walter Dix and his children; eleven devoted godchildren and many other relatives and friends.
