Levi L. Maddox, Sr.'s Obituary
Mr. Levi L. Maddox, Sr., was born July 7, 1955, in Hurtsboro, Alabama, to the late Levi Jackson and Willie B. Maddox. He attended Russell County Training School in Hurtsboro and was a member of the Ushers Board at Ebenezer Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Fogle-Maddox and three sons: Levi Maddox, Jr. of Coleman, Florida; Larry Maddox, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and Donnie Fogle, South Carolina; a daughter, T'Andra McBride of Hurtsboro. He is also survived by six brothers: Cecil (Loving) Maddox and Clarence (Valarie) Maddox, both of Atlanta, Georgia; Clifford Maddox, Phenix City, Alabama; Bobby Jackson, Bartow, Florida; Raleigh (Panchita) Jackson, Winter Haven, Florida; and Sylvester Haywood, Bushnell, Florida; four sisters: Audrey (Stanley) Bowens and Brenda Maddox, both of Phenix City, Alabama; Sandra Maddox of Augusta, Georgia; and Dian (Perry) Pinkston, Lakeland Florida; a very special friend, Mrs. Bobbie A. Perry, Hurtsboro, as well as nine nieces, six nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
